   I got the following unexpected response when trying to retrieve <http://www.rhbnc.ac.uk/e-TeX/v2/src/etex_src.html>:

   500 Can't connect to www.royalholloway.ac.uk:443 (SSL connect attempt failed error:14094410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert handshake failure)

   If you made recent changes to your domain name (DNS) configuration, you may also want to check that your domain records are correct, or ask your hosting company to do so.
